Stand Alone Side Plates

HESCO 3100 Series Side Plates offer NIJ Level III coverage in a stand-alone design, delivering added protection for underarm areas when paired with torso plates. Built with a Tensylon core and wrapped in polyurethane-coated Cordura®, these plates resist water, maintain durability, and provide buoyancy.

Available in 6"x6" or 6"x8" sizes, the 3100 plates weigh just 1.0 lb or 1.3 lbs each at 1.20 inches thick. They are part of HESCO’s 100 Series, created to meet the need for both reliable side coverage and a sleek fit. Often paired with HESCO 3800, 3600, 3402, or 3401 torso plates, these side plates strike a balance between protection and weight for users operating in various conditions.
