Photo Luminescent / Hi Vis GLOW Patches
Using a multilayered lamination process, we have two very distinct ways of manufacturing each LOF patch.
1. Laser Cut - MILSPEC Cordura is stencilled in the form of text or various designs and are laminated to a specific backing.
2. Laser Engraved - MILSPEC Cordura or RipStop is laser etched (engraved) at various power levels and speeds to obtain extremely high quality patch designs that come to life.

New HI-Vis Photo Luminescent by Advanced Visibility is now available in most patch designs. AV's Glow Technology provides a low light solution to wearers by providing an intense 'glow' performance. AV's patent pending technology works by absorbing both natural and artificial light. Once the light is extinguished the absorbed energy is released as visible light.
Advanced Visibility's Glow Technology has been developed to achieve maximum glow intensity, extended decay time, rapid charging and laundry performance. AV Glow Technology allows atoms in the material to absorb photon energy from natural and ultra violet light sources. Once the light source is absent or diminished the stored energy is slowly released as light called 'AfterGlow'.
AfterGlow can be seen in reduced light conditions such as dimly lit warehouse, unlit roads, forested areas, railroad tracks, tunnels, manholes, outdoor working conditions, etc.
3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material
Available in Silver and Black Carbon
This material helps enhance wearer visibility at night or in low light conditions. Composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses, this material helps enhance wearer visibility in low light conditions by reflecting incident light and focusing it back at towards the original source when illuminated by a light source such as headlights or flashlights.

Black CarbonBlack Carbon reflective material provides a more subdued tactical look in full light conditions but provides equally intense reflectivity in low light conditions as the Silver version. |
SilverSilver reflective material provides a brighter, higher contrast, look than the Black Carbon version in full light conditions enhancing readability and identification. |
Non Duty Colours for Custom Patch Designs
Custom patches are now available with a variety of non-duty colours such as Pink, Purple, Neon Green, Yellow, Red, Orange, and Blue. These colours are only available for lettering or design cutouts.
